God is Amazing, like that:)

Just wanted to share a cool story with you...and to show you how God sends people to intercede for us, sometimes when we never even know...

A few days ago, I felt strongly that God wanted me to blog about our friends, Rob and Cassi.  Cassi is still in the hospital on complete bedrest, but that is good...and it is  a good place for her to be to keep the babies safe.  Of course, she would rather be home, but they are blessed that the insurance is allowing them to be in there.

Well, I got a comment from a girl named Sarah, which I haven't seen in about 10 years.  Her family attended the church we started in Cedar Hill.  Her parents, brother, husband and her came right about the time we were being released to move to Houston...

Anyway, her comment was that God had literally just put Rob on her heart to pray for them.  She had lost touch with Rob, so began to search the internet.  Then she went to Life Church's website, knowing we pastored there and that Rob had attended there at one point.  She quickly found out that Lee and I were not in Katy anymore and found a link to my blog.  As she began to read my blogpost, the same day God put Rob on her heart, was about Rob needing prayer for his family.

Quickly, we have connected on Facebook, and began to catch up.  But God is so cool....  He put Rob on Sarah's heart, on the other side of the country...and used this blog to connect the two.

God is so amazing.

Oh, and a followup from yesterday...the two girls from next door came to church with us this morning.  The seven year old told me she had so much fun.  This was a very exciting morning for us.  Service was great, when Keri danced, God's presence was there, and the kids did great today.

Now to have a relaxing evening before starting school in the morning.
