No Fridge means load up to the BLUE HOLE

Our refrigerator is still OFF/ GONE/ Not working.  Unfortunately, many people lost their fridges on Saturday apparently.  So our guy never got to us today.  Hopefully tomorrow, but Lee said not to hold my breath...I JUST WANT MY KITCHEN BACK:(

So, today, we loaded up the kids to go eat and then headed to Blue Hole.  We asked a few people from our church to join us because it is only fun if you have friends.  The water was so cold and refreshing.  We had a great time.  Just relaxing.  The kids had a great time.

Josh wanted to look Native...yeah, he was pretty sucessful.

This is a new friend, Aden.  He is precious.  His mother adopted him and I love that Erika has an adopted friend...  Everytime we are with him, I can tell he is a little more comfortable.  He loves all three of our kids.  When Josh was on the hill, he kept yelling, "Josh, Do Something!!"  He liked to watch him jump.

This is our sweet newlywed couple...they have been married just 4 months.  They are very mature in the Lord and both grew up going to the church where Lee and I ministered 11 years ago, our first trip to Belize City.  They are excited about Cell life and are loving coming to the church.

Josh broke a vine...and climbed it...we were a little nervous it would break, but it didn't.  It was hilarious, because earlier when he first broke it, it cracked loudly and the lady who was with us ( a nurse) told Josh  "you could have gotten a laceration from that limb!!!"  But he was fine.

We had a great day and then it started to rain, so we quickly packed everyone and all our stuff up and hiked back to the van.  As we were pulling out, a cop car came speeding around the bend and we did not see him as we pulled out.  He pulled us over.  It was a little bit of a scary situation, but so thankful for God being with us.

We came home and have enjoyed the rainy afternoon and cool evening that followed.  We ordered pizza for dinner...as our fridge is STILL broke.  Please pray we get it fixed in the morning...

There have been some scary situations here in Belmopan over the weekend.  Please pray for us.  We know that crime is high in Belize, but when we hear of things here, it makes it more real.  It seems that it is usually at night, and we don't go out on night usually.  But we also don't want crimes happening to those we love.  We appreciate and feel your prayers.
